Update:: The tag of ‘Most educated state’ in Nigeria is usually an emotional subject. Everybody with an iota of pride would want to claim that crown for their own state. This is one discussion that is never-ending. Many contend that a table listing the most educated states must consider all variables before making a final conclusion.
