Update:: Ahead of the 2019 general elections, a frontline Presidential contender on the platform of the Labour Party (LP), Sam Nwanti, has withdrawn from the presidential race in support of President Muhammadu Buhari re-election. The American-based detective from Mbieri, in the Mbaitoli Council Area of Imo State dropped his ambition in an interactive session with newsmen in Owerri. Nwanti disclosed that he withdrew from the race to boost the re-election bid of President Buhari in the 2019 elections, while he prepares for the 2023 presidential race. “Today, I withdraw from contesting for the presidential race on the platform of Labour party and back to APC. “I am back to APC to support President Buhari for his second term bid because he needs our support to get things aright once again. Update:: President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Krakow, Poland, ahead of the 24th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP24) under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), taking place from December 2 to 4. Mr Buhari arrived Military Base Balice, International Airport, Krakow at exactly 17:44 p.m., local time, an official statement from the presidency noted. The president and his team arrived just when the town was experiencing its first snow of the winter season. Temperature reading at the time of his arrival was -3 degrees Centigrade. Update:: Hollywood superstars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have reached an amicable agreement on the custody of their six children, avoiding a potentially messy public trial, US media reported on Friday. Pitt and Jolie announced their separation in September 2016 after two years of marriage and 11 years together. Update:: Joaquin Calles became interested in learning Chinese when he first picked up the classic Chinese philosophical book Tao Te Ching more than a decade ago. However, scant additional information was available in Spanish on the school of thought in this work. Curious to learn more, Calles decided to study Chinese so he could further explore ancient Chinese philosophy. Learning the language fascinated him. "I found Chinese characters very interesting because they are very much related to the culture," Calles said.
