Update:: Davido has banned popular music blogger, Ayo Jaguda (@AyoJaguda) from Nigeria and Africa after he accused him of buying YouTube views for his recently released music video, “Wonder Woman“. Trouble started when the music blogger made a series of tweets on Twitter where he badly criticized the visuals to Davido’s new song, saying its trash. The criticism comes on the back of a heated review of the song by some Twitter users. A twitter user, Buen Chico (@Monsiuer_T) had said “Wonder woman the video no follow wonder woman the song, love both separately.” Ayo subsequently jumped on the tweet as he quoted it saying “song is trash, video got fair replay value but as e climb 1m views in 24 hours de burst my head.” On seeing this, Davido, who appears cheesed off, fired back with threats saying “If dem born u and ur papa well in fact add ur mama !! Update:: About 100 Christians arrested in China in their homes, from the streets and in illegal church gatherings in the South Western part of the country. Chinese authorities targeted members of the Early Rain Covenant Church across various districts of Chengdu, the provincial capital of Sichuan, in what appears to be an effort to close down one of the country’s most prominent Protestant house churches. According to Scmp.com, members’ personal accounts and cell group discussions on social media channels were blocked at around 9pm on Sunday while the church’s telephone line was also cut. The homes of the church’s leaders, including pastor Wang Yi, were among those raided. Zhang Guoqing, assistant deacon of the Early Rain Covenant Church, was among two church members who were released on Monday morning after his arrest by Chengdu police in the Sunday night raids. Update:: The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Monday said an apartment occupied by sons of the PDP presidential candidate, Alh. Atiku Abubakar was raided Saturday, however, the operation was not targeted at them. It was gathered that the building located in Maitama, Abuja is also inhabited by the sons of Theodore Orji, the former governor of Abia State who has been under corruption investigation by the EFCC. Update:: Former vice president and presidential candidate of the opposition party (PDP) said the EFCC's raid on the apartment of his sons amounts to an intimidation. It was gathered that operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission conducted a raid on the apartments of Aliyu and Mustapha Atiku-Abubakar, two sons of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, in Maitama, Abuja. Mr. Paul Ibe, the Head of the Atiku Media Office, who spoke on behalf of his principal on Monday, said EFCC conducted the search on the apartment where Aliyu and Mustapha live on Saturday. He added that they found nothing incriminating on Atiku’s sons. According to him, the search was an act of intimidation of Atiku, who he said officials of the Muhammadu Buhari government perceived as their ‘tomentor-in-chief.’

Update:: A pregnant woman was sliced open from ‘hip to hip’ by her neighbour who had bore the intention to steal her baby, Metro UK reports. Savanna Greywind, from Fargo, North Dakota, had been eight months pregnant with her first child when she was lured by Brooke Crews to her flat upstairs on August 19 2017. The 22-year-old was then pushed to the floor, before Crews performed an amateur cesarean on her, taking her baby from her womb. Crews later told a courtroom that Savanna woke up during the horrific attack before falling back unconscious once again. She later died due to the amount of blood lost. Crews had lied to her boyfriend William Hoehn, 32, that she was pregnant in a bid to stop their relationship from ending. Update::  At least seven local government officials were killed in a helicopter crash in Sudan’s eastern al-Qadarif state on Sunday, state news agency SUNA reported. The state’s governor and three security officials were among the dead. A number of people were also injured in the incident, SUNA said. The officials had been carrying out a security tour of the province.

Update:: Thousands of people have marked Car Free Day in cities across Ethiopia by walking and exercising. Major roads were shut as Health Minister Amir Aman led the walk in the capital, Addis Ababa. This was the first Car Free Day held in Ethiopia to promote healthy living, and to reduce pollution on roads usually clogged with traffic. Tents were also set to offer free health checks to those who were walking and exercising. Generally, city-dwellers in Ethiopia are not in the habit of exercising, the BBC's Amensisa Negera reports from Addis Ababa.
