Lady Gaga is a single woman!
According to People, the A Star Is Born actress and her fiancé Christian Carino have split. "It just didn’t work out. Relationships sometimes end," a source told the mag. "There’s no long dramatic story."
As fans know, speculation regarding their relationship status began when Gaga was spotted at the Grammy Awards last week without her engagement ring. The 49-year-old talent agent was also not in attendance, which seemed to hint of trouble in paradise given that he was her date to the majority of other events this awards season, including the Screen Actors Guild Awards and the Golden Globes.
The 32-year-old singer announced their engagement while being honored at Elle's 25th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration in October. "Thank you to all the loved ones in my life," she said on stage. "[My manager] Bobby [Campbell], I love you. Everyone at table five. My fiancé, Christian. All the loved ones in my life who take care of me every day." Adding, "And Ryan Murphy, thanks for giving me my first leading role [in "American Horror Story: Hotel"]. You know that Golden Globe belongs to you."
The former couple, who began dating in early 2017, reportedly got engaged in Summer 2017, but waited to share the news. The two were first spotted together in February of that year after they were photographed engaging in PDA before the "Million Reasons" singer's Super Bowl LI halftime show performance in Houston. The Grammy-award winning singer briefly opened up about their relationship in August 2017 at the New York stop of her Joanne World Tour. "When I went backstage, Christian was by the stairs making sure I was okay," Gaga said at the time. "The best part about being in love with someone is having them there to catch you if you fall."
Gaga was previously engaged to actor Taylor Kinney, but the couple called it quits in July 2016 after five years together.

Update:: The 2018 ranking on terrorism is out and Nigeria, for the fourth consecutive year, occupies the third position among the countries worst hit by terrorism, globally, because of the activities of Boko Haram and herdsmen. Apart from 2014 when it was ranked fourth, Nigeria has remained in the unenviable third position in the Global Terrorism Index (GTI) ranking since 2015. In the latest report released on Wednesday, Iraq, a country in the Middle-East, is ranked first, a position it has held since 2014. Afghanistan has ranked second since 2013. Syria and Pakistan are ranked fourth and fifth respectively. Others among the top 10 countries worst hit by terrorism in 2017 are Somalia (sixth), India (seventh), Yemen (eighth), Egypt (ninth), and Philippines (10th). Update:: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says Nigeria and Federation of Russia have signed a treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters. The Ministry’s Spokesperson George Edokpa said this in a statement made available to newsmen on Monday in Abuja. The ministry explained that the Treaty was negotiated in 2009 to enhance collaboration and cooperation between the two countries in the administration of criminal justice and signed in Moscow, Russia on Nov. 27, 2018. ”The Treaty was signed on behalf of Nigeria by the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, while Russian Acting Minister of Justice, Mr Oleg Plokhoy, signed on behalf of his country. ”The Treaty on Legal Assistance in Criminal Matter is aimed at providing the necessary mechanism for cooperation in the fight against crime and criminal related matters. ”These include terrorism, as well as to counter every form of support to terrorism,” it stated.
